Clear, Simple Guidance to Help You Understand Your Coverage

At Parkcrest Dental Group, we want every part of your visit to feel comfortable, including how you pay for your care. Whether you’re using insurance or paying out of pocket, we’re here to help you understand your options and make everything as stress-free as possible.

Insurance Plans We Accept

We work with many major insurance providers, including:

If you don’t see your plan listed, give us a call. We’re always happy to look into your benefits and let you know how your plan may work with our office.

How Parkcrest Helps With Insurance

Insurance is different for everyone, and it can feel confusing. Our team works hard to make it easier by:

  • Filing your insurance claims at no cost to you
  • Reviewing your benefits and giving you an upfront estimate
  • Walking through deductibles, co-pays, and yearly maximums
  • Making sure you know what to expect before treatment starts

Important note: Dental insurance is a contract between you (or your employer) and your insurance company, not the dental office. That means we can estimate benefits, but the insurance company makes the final decision on what they pay.

If they pay less than expected or deny part of a service, the remaining balance becomes your responsibility. We’ll always do our best to help you understand why and to make the process as easy as possible.

If Your Plan Is Out-of-Network

Many out-of-network plans still provide reimbursement for care at Parkcrest. We’re happy to help by:

  • Filing out-of-network claims when possible
  • Providing an estimate before your visit
  • Explaining how your plan typically reimburses care

Even if we’re not in your plan’s network, you may still receive benefits. A quick phone call to our team can help you understand what to expect!

What to Bring to Your Appointment

To help us file your insurance correctly, please bring:

1.

Your ID and insurance card

2.

Date of birth for the policyholder

3.

Insurance company name and phone number

4.

Group and subscriber/member ID

5.

Any updates to your employer or plan

NEW PATIENT RESOURCES

CareCredit® Financing

If you need more flexibility, we also accept CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that many of our patients use to spread out the cost of treatment.

CareCredit may allow you to:

  • Make smaller monthly payments
  • Use zero-interest or low-interest plans (depending on approval)
  • Get the care you need now and pay over time
